Fitness Instructor- Trilogy at Monarch Dunes (Nipomo, CA).

This position requires the candidate to be certified in Personal Training and can teach a variety of Group Fitness classes, workshops, and specialized events focused on Fitness and well-being.

We are looking for someone passionate about health and fitness, reliable, self-starter, and can build community through programming. This candidate has experience working with a mature population and will work well with the rest of the Trilogy Team.

Duties:

Deliver an excellent workout experience to our members in each class or one-on-one training.
Assists with planning and implementation of members' wellness programs, incentives, and events.
The hours will vary dependent on the class, personal training, and events which will include a few evenings and weekends.

Experience and Qualifications:

Possess a current nationally recognized fitness certification.
Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
Have knowledge and/or training working with active older adults.
Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.
Adhere to the description of the class and modify the intensity for participants when necessary.
Assists members through the process of actively working towards better health by providing support, encouragement, and education.
Maintains exercise equipment and supplies and reports needs to the H&W Director.
Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
