Front Desk Concierge - Val Vista Lakes (Gilbert, AZ)
FUNCTION & ROLE:
HOAMCO is hiring for Full-Time positions for Val Vista Lakes, a master planned community located in Gilbert, Arizona. This community consists of over 2,000 homes with many luxurious amenities. As a Concierge, you’ll enjoy helping our residents achieve a high standard of customer service. The Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents, as well as administrative duties.
Tasks:
- Demonstrating highly effective interpersonal skills and collaborating well with colleagues.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining an enthusiastic, professional, and positive demeanor.
- Upholding integrity and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Excellent in person customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written)
- Experience working in the Hospitality Industry and knowledge of Building Link is a plus
- Customer Service experience required
Job Duties:
- Providing administrative support
- Maintaining welcome desk
- Utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners face-to-face
- Manages package delivery system
- Partners with the On-site Community Manager to effectively manage the front welcome area
