Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, an upscale, resort-style, active-adult community, is hiring for a Health & Wellness Attendant in their The Center for Well Being.  The Center for Well Being is a private, members-only center that offers an indoor pool, group fitness classes, fitness center, personal training and our very own Tranquility Spa that offers massage and facials.

Due to COVID-19, we are offering a rolling opening of our facility. We will start with the pool. A few weeks later the Fitness Center will open then the Spa. The areas will open with limited services following the CDC and DOH guidelines.

Pay rate is $16 per hour
Full Time and Part-time needed.
Flexibility is a must.
Evenings and weekends required.

Job Summary:
  • Our ideal candidate has experience providing excellent service to guests and team. Has a strong interest in the health and wellness lifestyle and great communication skills.
  • We are looking for someone with customer service experience, preferably in a spa or fitness center, however, willing to train the right person. Reliable and available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Greet Members as they check-in
  • Take Member Temperatures
  • Disinfect and sanitize throughout the shift
  • Monitor the number of Members in the facility using CDC and DOH guidelines
  • Accurately taking reservation requests, reschedules and cancellations.
  • Answering phone calls and replying to emails
  • Providing guests 5-star service and gracious interactions
  • Provide information on our services and promotions
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and promote our services
