High Rise Association Manager

About the Job
HOAMCO is accepting resumes for an Onsite Community Association Manager for a high-rise in Central Phoenix, who works well individually in a high performing/fast-paced environment. This position manages the day-to-day operations of a high-rise HOA community.
 
This position is responsible for front desk duties including greeting owners/vendors, incoming and outgoing packaging system, verification of visitors, overall management of staff, monitoring and assisting in the collection of delinquencies, assisting the Boards and Committees with financial planning, knowing and enforcing CC&R'S, being familiar with Association's plat maps, building inspections, and coordination of repairs and maintenance on the common areas.
 
Qualifications:
  • Applicants should have excellent customer service and computer skills, be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment. This position has flexible hours that may include nightly board meetings and an occasional weekend.
  • Successful HOA management experience a must.

Employment contingent upon pre-employment drug screen and background check.
