Do you have HR administrative experience?  Are you highly proficient in MS Office products?
 
HOAMCO is seeking a full-time HR Administrator for our fast-paced corporate office in Prescott, Arizona. 
 
Qualifications:
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of administrative support experience; HR administrative experience a plus.
  • Focused and detailed.
  • Highly proficient skill in organization, decision making, and follow-through.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be dependable.

Duties include:
  • Coordinate, perform, and/or assist in all recruitment activities.
  • Perform pre-employment background and drug screen orders on potential new hires as directed.
  • Perform and compile skills testing and respective results to hiring managers.
  • Work in a team environment and be willing to cross-train with your colleagues.
  • Positive customer service is a key component of this position.

All candidates are subject to pre-hire proficiency tests.  Selected candidates subject to a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
