Do you have HR administrative experience? Are you highly proficient in MS Office products?
HOAMCO is seeking a full-time HR Administrator for our fast-paced corporate office in Prescott, Arizona.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of administrative support experience; HR administrative experience a plus.
- Focused and detailed.
- Highly proficient skill in organization, decision making, and follow-through.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
- Must be dependable.
Duties include:
- Coordinate, perform, and/or assist in all recruitment activities.
- Perform pre-employment background and drug screen orders on potential new hires as directed.
- Perform and compile skills testing and respective results to hiring managers.
- Work in a team environment and be willing to cross-train with your colleagues.
- Positive customer service is a key component of this position.
