Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to assist in delivering superior care and service to the facility. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in performing a variety of trade-related work with the ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, the Lead Maintenance Technician will take pride in keeping our facility looking great !
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to assist in delivering superior care and service to the facility. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in performing a variety of trade-related work with the ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, the Lead Maintenance Technician will take pride in keeping our facility looking great !
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose various building system problems and performs corrective work when approved
- Certification in Pool Operation (CPO), general pool maintenance, including equipment operation, chemical treatment management, preventative maintenance, cleaning and removing debris
- Participates in and/or lead preventative maintenance tasks
- Order parts and maintain stock of maintenance supplies and tools
- Schedule HVAC inspections, monitor building temperatures and modify as needed
- Will supervise and direct the work of other maintenance personnel
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 3+ years of building maintenance experience
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a similar or closely related position
- Other equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Excellent problem-solving skills
This position is full-time Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; schedule will vary based on facility event schedule; weekends, some overtime and flexibility required
