PLAYER SERVICES - The Club at Seven Canyons (Sedona, AZ)
Come be a part of the vibrant team at The Club at Seven Canyons. We are seeking a Player Services employee to provide world-class golfing experiences for our members and guests.
Our Player’s Services staff should be our most enthusiastic and courteous employees as they are on the front line and often a first impression of our facility. This position is paid hourly plus gratuities.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in golf operations/understanding basic terminology and functions.
- Strong customer service experience with ability to easily problem solve.
- Physical requirements; 80% walking/standing/bending and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Exposed to both indoor/outdoor conditions while performing the positions essential functions.
- Making reasonable accommodations to enable guests with disabilities golfing access.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written processing forms/diagram forms.
- Greeting members and guests providing proper presentation of golf carts in staging area.
- Overseeing; tee line straight – proper practice park set-up - tournament preparation.
- Maintaining carts, bags and equipment as needed.
- Assist Director with overall success of guests golfing experience.
Background and drug screening is required for selected candidates.
