HOAMCO is looking for a part-time Customer Service Facilitator for the Stoneridge Community Center in Prescott Valley.
Hours are Saturday and Sunday evenings 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm . . . with the flexibility to work additional shifts if needed. This is a fast paced environment which requires an abundance of energy and the ability to multi-task.
A positive and helpful demeanor is critical as we strive to provide excellent customer service to the members of our community.
Duties include:
HOAMCO is looking for a part-time Customer Service Facilitator for the Stoneridge Community Center in Prescott Valley.

Duties include:
- Greeting and checking in residents, members and guests
- Answering phones
- Making access cards
- Light cleaning of the facility
- Monitoring pool chemicals
- Setting up and breaking tables and chairs for daily events (the ability to consistently lift 50 pounds is required)
Qualifications:
- Candidate should possess outstanding customer service skills
- An outstanding work ethic and friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to problem solve
- Comfortable with internet, Outlook and Microsoft software applications
Selected candidate subject to a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
